Travel Awards

ICNet Global seeks to build a shared understanding of climate change impacts to infrastructure through networking opportunities, workshops, and sharing of resources and best practices to inform these efforts across the US and internationally. We provide expertise, knowledge, and collaboration opportunities to foster connections, bridge gaps, and build partnerships among different research and practice communities.

ICNet Global’s Discovery Travel Awards enable graduate students to expand their knowledge, to build professional national and international relationships, and to experience working with climate change impacts on infrastructure.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled graduate students at all levels are eligible for a ICNet Global Discovery Award.  The maximum amount of the grant is $1,000. Travel may be national or international. The award may be used to supplement other grants.  Travel must be directly related to climate change and infrastructure.
